
The website LiveScience.com has a way of finding really cool pictures. The above picture of the sea cucumbers was taken near the Larson B shelf in Antarctica. The article doesn't explain their polarization, which is a shame because that's the most fascinating part. The same article had this picture of a "psychedelic octopus" (Paraledone turqueti).
